Whether it's alcohol, food, or any other negative behaviour, this program has been developed to help you do that.
Working together on a weekly basis, helps you stay consistent, committed, connected and accountable.
FOUNDATION FOCUS – The first step is setting your intention for the time we will work together. I’ll begin by asking you questions to get clear on where you are at now, and who you want to be when you have completed the program.
Once the foundation is built, it’s time to focus on key areas that will set you up for success.
ENERGY FOCUS – Alcohol drains your physical, mental, and emotional energy.
But it’s not the only thing in your life that drains your energy.
I will teach you tools and techniques to help you remove other energy drainers so you can feel more natural energetic balance.
MINDSET FOCUS – Changing any limiting beliefs around alcohol, yourself and your life can take time.
It’s important & worthwhile work to take a broader approach because after all, there is more (believe me, SO much more) to life than being a non-drinker.
FUTURE FREEDOM FOCUS – If you have been drinking for years it’s difficult to see a future you, without alcohol, living sober.
It can be scary and confusing.
Being alcohol free will open you to possibilities you would never have contemplated when you were drinking.
Finding purpose and direction for the rest of your life not only gives you courage and self-empowerment you also have the FREEDOM to create the life YOU want.
